1. Definitions
Client: Any individual, business, or organization engaging BUUP DISCOUNTS LLC for website design, website development, or related web services.
BUUP DISCOUNTS LLC: The website development service provider responsible for designing, developing, and delivering digital websites and related solutions.
Project: The website development services, features, functionality, and requirements agreed upon in a written proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement between BUUP DISCOUNTS LLC and the Client.
Deliverables: The final website, design elements, source files (where applicable), content, and other digital materials created and delivered as part of the agreed Project.
2. Website Development Packages and Pricing
BUUP DISCOUNTS LLC offers the following website development packages:
Starter Web Design – One-Time Charge: $99
Basic Business Website – One-Time Charge: $499
Ecommerce Website Development – One-Time Charge: $799
Custom Corporate Website – One-Time Charge: $999
Landing Page Design – One-Time Charge: $150
The above pricing applies only to the scope of services included within each selected package. Any additional features, custom functionality, revisions beyond the agreed scope, third-party software, plugins, premium tools, hosting, domain registration, or extra services may incur additional charges.
3. Engagement of Services
3.1. The Client agrees to engage BUUP DISCOUNTS LLC for website development services as specified in the approved proposal, invoice, or agreement.
3.2. BUUP DISCOUNTS LLC will complete the services with reasonable skill, care, and professional standards based on the agreed project requirements.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. All payments must be made according to the agreed pricing and payment schedule.
4.2. BUUP DISCOUNTS LLC may require full payment, an upfront deposit, or milestone-based payments before beginning or continuing work on a Project.
4.3. Any modifications, additional pages, features, or services requested after approval of the original Project scope may require additional payment and may affect the delivery timeline.
5. Project Timeline and Delivery
5.1. Delivery of the Project will be completed within 1 to 7 business days, depending on the scope and complexity of the requested services. The estimated delivery timeframe begins once all required information, materials, and any applicable payments have been received from the Client.
5.2. Delivery timelines may be extended due to delays in receiving Client content, approvals, feedback, required materials, or due to unforeseen technical circumstances.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1. The Client agrees to provide all necessary content, images, information, access credentials, and approvals required to complete the Project.
6.2. Delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide required information or feedback may result in adjustments to the project schedule.
7. Revisions and Changes
7.1. The Client may request revisions as included within the selected package or agreed Project scope.
7.2. Additional revisions, design changes, or new requirements outside the original scope may be subject to additional fees and revised delivery schedules.
8. Ownership and Intellectual Property
8.1. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the completed website and final agreed Deliverables will be transferred to the Client.
8.2. BUUP DISCOUNTS LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, coding methods, and development processes used during the creation of the website.
8.3. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, BUUP DISCOUNTS LLC may display completed projects or publicly available websites in its portfolio.
9. Confidentiality
9.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any private or proprietary information shared during the Project.
9.2. BUUP DISCOUNTS LLC will not disclose the Client’s confidential business information to third parties without written authorization unless required by law.
10. Termination
10.1. Either party may terminate the Project through written notice.
10.2. The Client remains responsible for payment for all completed work, completed milestones, and any non-refundable costs incurred before termination.
10.3. Upon termination, BUUP DISCOUNTS LLC will provide completed Deliverables that have been paid for, and all remaining services will be discontinued.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. BUUP DISCOUNTS LLC shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses resulting from the use of the completed website or services provided.
11.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all materials, content, trademarks, images, and information supplied for the website are legally owned or authorized for use.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts within the United States.
